Established in 1992 as a SEBI registered Category I Registrar to the Issue and Share Transfer Agents by Mr. Murlidhar R. Mondkar and Mr. Milind M. Mondkar, wizards with an abundant experience and exposure in the fields of Capital Market, Finance, Marketing and Data Processing and an intention to provide Issue Management based professional services to the cliental organizations and investor community.
Mr. M R Mondkar, Chairman is B. Sc in Math & Statistic and L. L. B. and has 40 years of vast experience in the fields of Capital Market, Finance, Merchant Banking, Broking & Marketing. Apart from the initial terms with The New India Assurance Company Limited (1960 – 1967) and Industrial Credit & Investment Corporation of India Limited (ICICI - now ICICI Bank Limited) (1967 – 1985), since 1985 he is actively associated with J M Morgan Stanley group and at present is director in J M Financial Limited & J M Financial & Investment Consultancy Services Private Limited. He is also a ‘Member’ of the Listing Committee of the National Stock Exchange Limited, Mumbai. To his credit, he presented a ‘Paper’ on “Equity Participation And Stock Markets” in the Conference Board Canada on “Of Rupees & Dollars: Indian Financial Market” on March 29, 1988 at Bonaventure Hilton International, Montreal, Canada.
Mr. Milind M Mondkar, Managing Director is M. Sc in Statistic and has over 20 years of vast experience in the field of Capital Market, Servicing, Marketing, Finance, Data Processing and Software Development. He began his carrier & within a short span mastered the process of Issue Management and Servicing Clients and Investor community at large. Under his dynamic leadership, Prime Database, the only agency which rates intermediaries in the Capital Market ranked Mondkar Computers during the peak issue period of 1994 – 95 at 4th all India position amongst the Registrars to the Issue.
Ms. Shubha M Mondkar, Director is Commerce Graduate and has over 20 years of vast experience in the share accounting and data processing with specialization in administration and personnel management.
Mr. Ketan Sheth is a Commerce Graduate and joined the organization as director on the board. He is Chairman of IT- People (India) Limited and also Chairman and Managing Director of Orient Information Technology Limited and has over 22 years of vast business experience in the Software Solutions, Networking and Information Technology industry. As a rare personality he is known for his creative approach & dynamism. His courage, commitment and strong belief in synergy enabled the organizations grow many fold in a very short tenure and establish the name in the IT Sector.
Mr. Ashokkumar N Gupta is a Commerce Graduate and Vice President of the organization, looks after the day-to-day affairs of the Company under supervision of the Managing Director. He has to his credit a rich and valuable experience of 26 years in the industry and was associated with major giants such as Reliance Consultancy Services Limited and MCS Limited apart from few others. His deep knowledge of the share accounting, professional attitude, adherence to the time management and leadership enabled the companies provide investor friendly and value based services and brought management closer to the fellow shareholders.
Mr. Ravindra G Utekar is a Commerce Graduate and General Manager of the organization, has to his credit vast experience of 20 years in the field of share accounting and issue processing. His in depth knowledge, professional attitude and valuable services has helped in the growth of the organization.
Mondkar Computers was incorporated with a view to provide specialized services related to the Capital Market and is a Premier Registrar and Issue Management House in Mumbai providing services to the Clients scattered over the country. Success and the name qualify by the issues handled as Registrar/ Co-Registrar and appointment as Share Transfer Agents by the cliental companies in the midst of a severe competition.
